Eastvale – New businesses have opened and new updates have been announced for the City. Here is a list of businesses now open in the Cravings Food Hall located in The Station, provided by the City of Eastvale:

– Lima Nikkei is a Japanese-Peruvian fusion of temaki created by Chef Jason Yamaguchi. It offers guests a world of flavor as fresh fish are flown in daily from Japan and each dish includes house-made sauces inspired by the colorful world of Peru.

– Monkey King Brewery offers a rotating 16-tap beer menu and will soon highlight and showcase a handful of their own in-house brewed beers. The brewery is also known for its Bulgogi Philly Cheesesteaks, Route 66 American burger, and Bao Buns!

– Nhau Vietnamese Street Food/The Coop Asian Fried Chicken is a place you won’t want to miss. From house-made pho to the best finger-licking sweet and spicy fried chicken strips, you can have a full day’s meal all at one stop!

– Ostrea’s seafood and raw bar provides a casual fine-dining experience and offers everything from classic cocktails to lobster rolls to fresh oysters.

– Mura Shabu focuses on classic Japanese shabu shabu flavors with a modernized twist. Their shabu shabu utilizes sushi grade seafood, Wagyu beef, and amazing broths.

Other great additions to the City are that the City is continuing to invest in zero-emission vehicles (ZEV). “With the support of a grant from MRSC, the City has acquired two light duty ZEVs, one medium duty ZEV, and two Level II EV charging stations,” stated the City in a news release. “These significant additions align perfectly with our commitment to fueling opportunities for zero-and-low emission vehicles. Stay tuned for more updates!”

The City is also offering an opportunity for someone to be a community champion and a city ambassador via the Eastvale Leadership Academy. “This in-depth, interactive program provides a behind-the-scenes look at local government and helps build connections within the community,” stated the City. Meeting Dates are February 15, February 22, February 29, March 7, March 14, and March 21. Applicants must be 16 years or older, and live and work in the city of Eastvale. To apply, fill out the application at eastvaleca.gov, then submit the application to svasquez@eastvaleca.gov by February 1.
