Eastvale – There are new additions to Eastvale!

Cassidy’s Corner Café came to Eastvale and hosted their grand opening on Saturday, June 1. “Cassidy’s Corner Café is known for their handcrafted, homemade fresh bagel bites and sandwiches as well as their one-of-a-kind coffee blends,” according to the City. “They can be found at 12548 Schleisman Road, Suite 140, inside of the Hamner Place shopping center.”

The Slice House will also be coming to Eastvale and opening this summer. “The fast casual pizza restaurant by world renowned pizza champion will debut at Cloverdale Marketplace, representing the first Slice House restaurant to open in Riverside County,” said the City. “The new restaurant is currently hiring across all positions and is expected to bring more than 40 new full and part-time jobs to the Eastvale community. For more information, visit http://www.slicehouse.com”

The City of Eastvale is now accepting applications for their Military Banner Program. “This program recognizes Eastvale residents and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, grandparent, legal guardian, child, or sibling) who are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces,” said the City. “Apply from this month until September 30, 2024 for the November installation and show your appreciation for their service!” Learn more and submit your application at the City of Eastvale website: www.eastvaleca.gov.

Lastly, the Jurupa Valley Station proudly announced the promotion of Captain Koehler to Chief Deputy. “Chief Koehler, your leadership has made an indelible mark on our station,” said the Jurupa Valley Station Facebook page. “Your drive, vision, compassion, and unwavering leadership will be remembered fondly. You will be greatly missed! Thank you for your dedicated service to the communities of Jurupa Valley, Eastvale, Norco, and Riverside County.”
