Suspect in Rockstars Of Tomorrow burglary, post stolen goods for sale online and gets arrested.

DATE/TIME: December 12, 2018 
INCIDENT: Commercial Burglary – Arrest 

LOCATION: 4200 Chino Hills Parkway 

VICTIM: Rockstars of Tomorrow Music School 

SUSPECT: Joe Adrian Perez, 43 years old, resident of San Dimas 

SUMMARY: 
On December 7, 2018 at 2:00 a.m., deputies responded to a burglary at “Rockstars of Tomorrow” music school. Surveillance footage showed two unknown suspects shatter the glass front door of the business using an unknown object. The suspects entered the business and took several guitars. 

On December 11, 2018, detectives received a tip that the guitars were posted for sale online by Joe Adrian Perez. Detectives served a search warrant Perez’s residence in San Dimas. Two matching guitars were located, along with suspected methamphetamine. 

Detectives arrested Perez and booked him into the West Valley Detention Center for burglary and possession of stolen property. Perez is currently being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
