Here We Grow: New Businesses Open

Eastvale – There were several ribbon cuttings that took place this last month as there are many new businesses that are now open.


On November 29, Dot & Dough has officially opened to the public on a first come, first served basis. This donut shop incorporates ingredients from all over the world, giving customers a sense of adventure with each bite. Dot & Dough is located at 14135 Limonite Ave, Suite #210, Eastvale, CA 92800.

Also recently opened is Dutch Bros Coffee! Lines have formed all the way down Limonite Avenue as customers wait in life for Dutch Bros’ delicious coffee, real fruit smoothies, frosts, Nitro Cold Brew, tea, sodas and its Blue Rebel Energy Drink. Stop by Dutch Bros Coffee at the Eastvale Marketplace, located at 13323 Limonite Ave.


On November 22, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop held their ribbon cutting ceremony. This award-winning business serves fresh roasted turkey, quality meats and cheese, and fresh rolls and produce that will quickly set them apart from other sandwich shops. Stop by Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop at 14062 Limonite Ave Suite 130.


On November 16, Zeppin Japanese Sushi also held a ribbon cutting at 4910 Hamner Ave. Zeppin Sushi offers a variety of appetizers, classic and premium rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. Their premium sushi and service will make an excellent addition to our community.

This premier shop-dine-stay destination will feature the City’s first hotel, in addition to other great restaurants such as Hereoes Restaurant & Brewery, Nashville Hot Chicken and much more.


In addition, projects in the works include the Hamner Place construction. This premier shop-dine-stay destination will feature the City’s very first hotel, Staybridge Suites, Heroes Restaurant & Brewery, Crimson Coward, Nashville Hot Chicken, Plant Power Fast Food, China Bros, and much more. Hamner Plan will bring an abundance of jobs, sales tax revenue, and transient occupancy tax to our city which will elevate our services to the community, such as public safety, and help put us on the map!


Lastly, the Leal Master Plan is in full effect. The Leal Master Plan will be developing the future home of Eastvale’s Civic Center that includes our future Library/Community Center, City Hall, Police Station, and 3rd Fire Station.
