Marijuana Grow Found At Local Business

Eastvale – A Norco business was recently discovered to be housing the growth of illegal marijuana. 

On February 22, 2024, deputies assigned to the Norco Sheriff’s Station Special Enforcement Team served a search warrant at a business in the 600 block of Parkridge Avenue in the city of Norco. The search warrant was regarding a narcotics investigation, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. However, during the service of the search warrant, a large-scale illegal indoor marijuana grow was located.

“Approximately 1373 marijuana plants, thirty pounds of processed marijuana, and indicia of the sales of marijuana were located,” stated a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department news release.

“Duong Nguyen, 40 years old, Coung Nguyen, 38 years old, both residents of Santa Ana, and Khang Do, 41 years old, from the city of Fountain Valley, were arrested. Duong, Coung, and Khang were transported to Robert Presley Detention Center and booked on the charges of marijuana cultivation and marijuana sales.”
