Here We Grow

Staff Reports

Eastvale – Over the last three years, the city has grown tremendously. In 2018, the Eastvale City Council made Economic Development a priority and was able to do that with the help of their team, including: the City Council, CommUNITY, Eastvale Chamber of Commerce, City Hall Talent, Developers, Property Managers, Brokers and Business Owners.

“We are so excited to see all the unique and exciting businesses that have opened the last three years and the new ones that are scheduled to open in the very near future!” stated the City in a news release.

In the last three years, five new retail shopping centers have been developed, including The Station, The Merge, Eastvale Marketplace, Allen Square, and Hamner Place. New businesses have also been added to the Eastvale Gateway, Cloverdale Marketplace, the Marketplace at the Enclave, and Corona Valley Marketplace.

The Goodman Commerce Center/Business Park, The Campus, and The Ranch allowed an increase in industrial space and the community also enjoyed new outdoor events such as the Eastvale Farmers & Artisan Market and EATSvale.

“A focus on strong economic development, with an inclusive mindset, will lead to additional sales tax revenue that will result in funding of priority target areas such as Public Safety!” stated the City. The community is encouraged to Love Eastvale, Shop Eastvale, Dine Eastvale!
