Ontario – Voortman’s Egg Ranch has been in the business of providing farm fresh eggs to friends and visitors to the local area for over 60 years. Originally from Bellflower, the Voortman family – who has always been in the egg ranching business – moved their operation to Ontario in 1951.

Voortman’s has a small-town farm ambiance, with the latest in technology.  Their happy chickens are enjoying their newly remodeled home; and their egg-processing machine can handle about 36,000 eggs per hour at its peak. If the average bird lays one egg about every 26 hours, that equals a lot of chickens at the Voortman ranch!

Did you know that you can tell how fresh an egg is by how high the yolk stands up in the frying pan after you crack it?  Voortman’s will have your over-easies standing tall.  Their fresh eggs are the highest in quality, with dark, nutrient-dense yolks.  You will immediately notice a difference in your cooking and baking.

Have you ever wondered how long the eggs in the grocery stores have actually been sitting around?  Despite the use-by date, there is really no way to know how long ago they were produced.  With Voortman’s, the eggs are selected daily, on site, and readied for you in their store.

Third-generation egg rancher, Eddie Voortman, says, “We are a local, family-owned business that provides fresh, quality products to the public.”

Customers of Voortman’s rave about their all natural, cage free eggs, touting the freshness, and great pricing.  One customer said, “They make the fluffiest scrambled eggs!”

The eggs come in all sizes and colors, depending on your needs.  Whatever you choose, you will not be disappointed.

Voortman’s is centrally located just minutes from Chino at 13960 Grove Avenue in Ontario (just north of Edison).  You can reach Voortman’s at (909) 465-1319; and Like them on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Voortmans-Egg-Ranch.

Stop by any time Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Men Of Impakt

By Anthony Saude

Wow, what a month February turned out to be for me personally, spiritually and professionally. It was not easy but I will take joy in all things.

On the radio show I got to speak with former Los Angeles Ram defensive end Reggie Doss on the air. I remember watching Reggie play football in the Super bowl against the Pittsburgh Steelers. I was a big Rams fan at the time and Vince Ferragamo was the next coming for a lot of us.

Reggie was a 7th round pick out of a little NAIA school and didn’t even play football until high school. He got married and adopted 3 young boys through the foster care system all after he turned 45 years of age. His story from a young age is truly a one of inspiration and faith.

Another show my guest was Sean Oliver, he had some great advice on how to reach our full potential both personally and professionally. Around these parts we have come to know him simply as “Master Yoda in Human Form.” He was able to give us some great insight on how fear dictates our actions more that we may understand and how that might be holding us back from the life God intended for us.

On March 1st my guest was a new friend of mine Pastor Brian Briggs. What a testimony this guy brought to the show. Brian is ex military turned pastor. We talked about his addictions and how he was able to overcome them to become ordained.

I hope you men out there were able to listen in February it was a month that true over comers took center stage to give us all hope that all things are possible.

You can listen to the recordings of these shows and all others at http://www.hoperadio247.com.

Philly’s Best

By Anthony Saude

Mira Loma – I was in the mood for a hot sandwich and then I remembered that there was a Philly’s Best down the street that I hadn’t tried yet. If I remembered correctly, I even had a buy one get one free cupon. So I took the wife out for lunch to see what all the fuss was about.

The dining was very clean when we walked in and the hostess behind the cash registered smiled a great big inviting smile. She asked us how our day was going and enthusiastically took our order. We decided to order both a chicken and a cheese steak sandwich so we could each taste both.

I expected that they would have both the meats in a container all ready prepared but no, they actually cooked the meat to order. It was so hot and fresh I had to let it cool for a few minutes. The wait was worth it; my wife and I both agreed that the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. As good as the meat and peppers were, the bread actually stole the show.

When we left, we were full, happy and satisfied with the food and the experience. We also got a $9 sandwich for free! So pick up your CityofEastvale.com Newspaper to get your bogo coupon and head down the Philly’s Best at 6237 Pat’s Ranch Road in Mira Loma.

William Radcliffe is an Attorney You Can Trust

By Anthony Saude

Chino Hills – Hiring an attorney can be very intimidating and let’s face it the industry doesn’t exactly have a “trustworthy” reputation. We should be careful and ask some questions when we do need an attorney. What questions should we ask before we actually hire an attorney? First, how long have they been practicing law? Second, who are they, what evidence do we have of their honesty and integrity? Third, do we believe they actually care about us, our case and not just the money? Also we have to ask can we afford the legal fees and will this firm give me the most bang for my buck?

In a society where money is king and less costs more with every passing day finding an attorney that we can trust and afford can be like finding a needle in a haystack.

William Radcliffe is the attorney that not only answers these questions positively but exceeds expectations in his areas of expertise.

William became one of the youngest attorneys in California at the age of 23. He began his career 32 years ago working with his father John Radcliffe, a well known and respected personal injury attorney in Covina.

In 1986 William married his wife Bonnie who was a legal secretary at a law firm in Ontario at the time. “Bonnie’s Paralegal” processed uncontested divorces and became very successful while William continues to work with his father. After some time William decided to start his own law practice and with Bonnie’s business serving as a client base it was a no brainer for them. William Radcliffe Law Offices became one of the first law firms that offered traditional attorney representation as well as assisting people in representing themselves in cases that didn’t really need attorney assistance.

In the 1990’s the business expanded their services to bankruptcies and a few years later added Wills and Trusts to their growing list of services. “Experience in the area of your need is important” says William. “I think someone who will try to keep the Client’s legal expenses to a minimum is important and that is what got us to where we are today” William added. William said, “we know that not everybody can afford a large legal retainer and no one wants to spend more money than is necessary so if all they need is a paralegal we are there for them”.

Whether you need traditional attorney representation or simply some legal assistance The Law office of William Radcliffe will assess your case and do “whatever it takes” to give you the most cost effective legal assistance plan available today.

“Every Client will receive hands on personal service from an attorney every step of the way through their case” says William. William Radcliffe law offices are always keeping their eyes open to what the latest needs might be for future clients. They are constantly looking at what other offices are doing and what the current trends are for the legal needs of the people. “We now see that mediation is a common trend in the industry today and that ties into our philosophy of helping our clients avoid runaway attorney fees”.

William Radcliffe is bringing these philosophies to Orange County to help even more people by showing them that there is somebody out there trying to help them with this need in an industry that just put simply doesn’t have that type of reputation.

The main office is in Chino/Chino Hills but they also see clients in their home office in San Clemente where he and Bonnie reside. They are involved in the Children’s Ministry at Saddleback Church in San Clemente and provide legal service to the public at the church’s PEACE center.

Bankruptcy, Wills, Trusts and Divorces contested and uncontested services available at reasonable prices. You can contact William Radcliffe at (909)597-3633 or docoflaw@aol.com. Go to www.docoflaw.com for further information.

Inland Christian Home: Quality Environment For Seniors

 Staff Reports

Ontario- Inland Christian Home, was founded by a number of local churches and began providing services in 1978. The primary mission of the community is a reflection of the heritage of its founders: to provide quality affordable individualized care to seniors in a Christian environment, it’s a place you can feel right at home. The community’s non-profit status promotes this mission as there are no owners who profit from its operation and all the revenues received are reinvested into the operations of the facility.

As the baby boomer generation continues to age, it is important to know they have options. The aging process is not always an easy one and, at times requires the assistance of others. Inland Christian Home offers a community that assists in many ways. Its primary mission is to provide quality, affordable, individualized care to seniors in a Christian environment, making it a place you can feel right at home.

Inland Christian Home, being licensed as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) through the Department of Social Services, provides many different levels of care which include Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Adult day care, Skilled Nursing and Rehab and Custodial Home care Services. The availability of different levels of care and service arrangements on the same grounds, offers seniors very unique advantages. Our philosophy is to encourage our residents to live as independently as possible at the lowest level of care. Our residents’ individual needs and desires are always considered in the arrangement of these services. We want Inland to be their home, not the facility in which they live, where all are treated as individuals and they participate and are given choices in how they live.

The availability of different levels of care and service arrangements on the same grounds offers residents some very unique advantages. Residents can continue to reside at the community even though their abilities may change. Resident and their families have the comfort in knowing that their needs will be met. Inland Christian Home is a close-knit community that promotes the maintaining of social relationship residents have with other residents, friends, and family.

Inland Christian Home also provides services to those who prefer to stay in their own homes. Custodial Home Care services make it possible by providing assistance with housekeeping, cooking, shopping, meal preparation, bathing, and dressing through educated caregivers.

Inland Christian Home is here to promote aging in place, and gives seniors the ability to live at the lowest level of care even though their abilities change and their families have the comfort in knowing their needs will be met; making it a place you can feel right at home.

Sell Your Casa With Gil Rivera

By Sarah Sanchez

Southern California – What does 4% opposed to 6% really mean? If you’re selling your home, you’ll pay a 6% commission to the realtors. But with Gil Rivera from SellYourCasa.com you’ll only pay 4% for the SAME AMOUNT OF WORK! So if your home sells for $500,000, at 6% you’ll fork over $30,000 for commission. With Gil Rivera you’ll only pay $20,000 for both realtors to split. That’s a savings of $10,000!!

Rivera’s Sellers love the fact that he offers a discounted commission, but with full service.  Rivera’s offer of 4% Total Commission for Sellers includes 2.5% to the Buyer’s Agent and 1.5% to Rivera’s office.  Most Realtors negotiate a 6% commission because they have to split the fees with their brokerage. But, as Rivera is the Broker, he passes on the savings to the Seller. This will save Sellers thousands of dollars in commission fees.  His team offers full service for that discounted rate including high quality flyers, professional photos, open houses (as allowable by Seller), and extended advertising coverage on the Internet and social media.

Now, more about what you’re getting from Gil Rivera at SellYourCasa.com: It’s important to know all aspects of your business.  For Gil Rivera from SellYourCasa.com, he absolutely knows every aspect of buying and selling a home.  He is a reliable, experienced, and an affordable Realtor, Broker, and Certified Appraiser.

Rivera sells houses, condos, and two to four unit investment properties in Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange counties. He just recently sold another home in Eastvale last month. He also does real estate appraisals for banks, estates, trusts, divorces, attorneys, refinances, home purchases, and probate/inheritance for tax purposes. In addition, Rivera has assistants that work with him who are fluent in Spanish and Chinese, helping to reach people of different dialects all over Southern California.

Rivera’s philosophy is to “treat my clients the way I want to be treated.” In fact, Rivera said that he became a Realtor because he did not like the way his Realtor treated him when he was buying his home. Rivera shows respect for his clients at all times. He listens to what they say, so that he can better serve them.

Rivera also does not push his Buyers into a sale. Rivera said, “I always tell Buyers: ‘You will know right away when we walk into the house that’s meant for you’.  Whether it takes a week or months, my Buyers will always be satisfied with their purchase and never pressured into it.”

Rivera’s current promotion is, “We will SELL your house in four weeks at highest value! We only request a listing period of four weeks, while most other Realtors ask for a six month listing.” Rivera says that “Buyers need to know that they do not need to pay their Realtor any fees for representing them on a purchase. The Buyer’s agent is paid by the Seller, not the Buyer.

Men Of Impakt

By Anthony Saude

We are going to start the New Year off with a new column here in the Eastvale Publication. Men of Impakt started as a bible study group that meets every Saturday Morning for 6:30-8 a.m. at Starbucks on De Palma Ave off of the 15 freeway, Indian Truck Trail exit. Due to the impact that has made in my life I decided that we need to recognize some of the real heroes in this country, men of impact. So every week I host an internet Radio Show on Thursday afternoon on Hope Radio 24/7 from 5-6 p.m it is also broadcast live on Facebook. The men I have as guests are making a positive impact in the lives of their families, community or even the world. You see, the real heroes in this world aren’t found on the stage, court, field or the Forbes 500 list, that doesn’t mean that they don’t exist there. Are you treating you wife kindly? Are you treating your children kindly? Do you love your neighbor? Are you happy about what you have or do you dwell on what you don’t?

Men in this country are under attack and mostly for good reason but with divorce, drug addiction and pornography, to name a few, being at an all time high a lot have not learned how to be a good man. The show is just a reminder that there are good men out there in our everyday lives. Men willing to put in the work and help some of the men out that may have come from a home with no role model or a bad one.

On December 4th I had Robert Fultz as a guest, a pastor at Saddleback Church in Corona, whose hometown was Charlottesville Virginia. We talked about the existence of racism and in this country and the lack of real discussions we have about it, discussions that revolve around information and not emotions. December 21st saw Cannon Pearson an attorney and business man who has been married for 22 years. We talked about goals in our personal life and our marriage. He said it is normal for us to set goals at the workplace and about money but we don’t set goal for our marriage. On December 28th a young man name Parker Ray became my first returning guest. He came back after his first semester of college to discuss the challenges that college has for his faith, his resolve and having a girlfriend that lives so far away.

You can listen to all of the recorded live shows at http://www.hoperadio247.com there are lots of other shows on the website that bring hope to many different walk of life.

Wanna Get Away? AAA Travel Has Your Ticket

By Anthony Saude

I wanted to be a AAA member so that I didn’t have to go to the DMV and stand in line for hours on end just to register my car. When I walked into the office I was delighted to see that they offered so many other services that I could take advantage of. It just so happened that my family was planning a vacation. I decided to stay around and spend a little more time learning about all of the services my membership would allow me.

Everybody knows about or has heard about AAA Automobile Club DMV services and roadside assistance if your car breaks down on the side of the road and those are great things to have. You might even know that they have maps and discounts for all your travel needs but did you know that they have a full service travel agency as well?

“AAA travel is a full service Travel Agency which offers personalized service to members and non-members for all of their travel needs,” says Diamond Bar branch manager, Beth Planavsky. Whether you want to embark on a weekend staycation, a cross-country road trip, or an excursion to the other side of the globe, “Our travel agents are very experienced and knowledgeable about all travel destinations,” said Beth. Where ever your plans take you, a personal travel agent will be assigned to you to make sure you get a customized once in a lifetime vacation experience. Beth said, “Providing legendary service to our members is our number one goal here at the Diamond Bar Branch.” With all the AAA discounts that you get, the personalized service and Beth with her 30 years of experience in the industry a visit to the Diamond Bar Branch makes sense.
