The 2017 Wildcat Trail SE with winch solenoids installed as original equipment and winch accessory kits sold separately. The winch solenoid located under the operator seat can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

 

Precision Shooting Crossbows

The crossbows can fire or discharge unexpectedly, posing an injury hazard to the user and to bystanders. Model numbers being recalled are: Fang 350XT, Thrive, and Fang LT

 

Bush Hog HDE riding lawn mowers

The mower blade can separate from the spindle, posing a laceration hazard to the operator or bystanders.

 

Wholesale Fireworks

The recalled fireworks are overloaded with pyrotechnics intended to produce an audible effect, violating the federal regulatory standards for this product. Overloaded fireworks can result in a greater than expected explosion, posing burn and explosion hazards to consumers. Products being recalled are: Toxic Artillery Rockets, Boom Box Aerial Shells, and Detonator Firecrackers

 

Self-Balancing Scooters/Hoverboards

The lithium-ion battery packs in the self-balancing scooters/hoverboards can overheat, posing a risk of the products smoking, catching fire and/or exploding. Following is a list of products that have been recalled:

“Green Cuisine” Salad from Trader Joe’s
Trader Joe’s is recalling approximately 36,854 pounds of ready-to eat chicken and turkey salads due to possible foreign matter contamination. Hard silica and glass fragments have been detected in the salads produced from Nov. 4-15 2017.
If you have any of these products at your home you are encouraged to throw them away or return them to Trader Joe’s for a full refund.

The product contains Vitamin A (partially from fish liver oil) which is clearly stated in the Supplement Facts portion of the label; however, another part of some labels also incorrectly state “… contains no common allergens” leading some with fish allergies to believe the product is safe for them. Further, the separate Allergen statement contains fish is missing.
  1. Piano benches sold with Yamaha grand piano- The paint on the piano bench’s interior compartment contains an excessive level of lead. This is a violation of the federal lead paint standard.

DITOS of Anchorage, Alaska is recalling 50 cases of Heart Plastic Platter Strawberries w/ Dip with Chocolate Frosting 32oz, and 30 cases of Heart Plastic Platter Mixed Fruit w/ Dip with Chocolate Frosting 40oz, because it contains undeclared soy and milk. Choice Farms LLC is initiating a very limited voluntary recall of stuffed mushrooms because the mushrooms may contain a cheese component which a third party supplier advised has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stuffiness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Following the Sargento Cheese Company recall where select Sargento branded cheeses were recalled due to the potential of being contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, Country Fresh, LLC. of Conroe, Texas, is recalling 2,552 cases of various cooking and snacking products (product descriptions attached), that contained Sargento branded cheeses because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria monocytogenes is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. The affected tires lack the required DOT symbol and load range letter designation, and, as such, they fail to conform to the requirements of U.S Code 30112 and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 119, “New Pneumatic Tires for Motor Vehicles with a GVWR of more than 4,536 kilograms (10,000 pounds) and Motorcycles.”
  1. Nissan North America, Inc. is recalling certain 2002 Pathfinder and Infiniti QX4 vehicles. These vehicles are equipped with Takata air bag inflators assembled as part of the passenger frontal air bag modules used as original equipment or replacement equipment. In the event of a crash necessitating deployment of the front air bags, these inflators may rupture.

  1. S. Smokeless Tobacco Company (USSTC) is voluntarily recalling certain of its smokeless tobacco products, listed in the chart below, manufactured at USSTC’s facility in Franklin Park, IL. USSTC has notified the U.S. Food and Drug Administration of the recall and is working with federal authorities on this matter. USSTC initiated the recall after receiving eight consumer complaints of foreign metal objects, including sharp metal objects, found in select cans.

  1. Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is recalling certain Crosscontact LX20 tires, size P275/55R20 111S, manufactured May 3, 2015, to May 9, 2015. The tires, sold as replacement tires as well as original equipment on certain General Motors full size trucks and SUVs, may have insufficient adhesion within the belt package, resulting in tread wear, vibration, noise, or bulging areas on the tire.

Kia Motors America is recalling certain model year 2016-2017 Sorento vehicles manufactured October 27, 2014, to August 25, 2016, and 2017 Sportage vehicles manufactured December 10, 2015, to August 26, 2016. The affected vehicles are equipped with an accessory trailer hitch wiring harness that, due to a malfunction of the tow hitch module, may result in the trailer brake lights being constantly illuminated. Houdini Inc. of Fullerton, California is recalling limited quantities of Blue Cheese Savory Twists, 7 oz box after the FDA found traces of Salmonella at the manufacturing facility of the ingredient supplier for the powdered buttermilk used to make the Blue Cheese seasoning in these products. People who have allergies to wheat run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the products. The products were distributed to retail stores and other foodservice operators in the states of CA, CT, MA, NJ, and NY. JFC International Inc. is recalling the following products:

The You-ka Fresh Ramune comes in a pink package, and the You-ka Punch Ramune comes in a blue package.

No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem. The recall was initiated after it was discovered that the sugar ingredients used in the products may have been contaminated by wheat. JFC has immediately responded to this issue and have already taken action to stop sales and distribution of the affected product. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
